Our customer support package covers all aspects of pool servicing and maintenance:

Regular service contracts:

For many years we have provided our 'Regular service' calls to many pool owners, some existing customers we can proudly say have been with us over 15 years, some even as long as 25-30 years from the day the pool was built. We are happy to offer 'Regular service contracts' to suit your needs, various options are available for you to choose from, this can be either 1) a weekly service call, 2) a fortnightly call, 3) a monthly call. As a new customer we would visit you first (free of charge) to assess the size of the pool and the type of equipment associated with it, i.e filtration, covers etc, this will enable us to quote a fair service charge per visit. As a personal service we endeavour to have the same engineers servicing your pool each visit.

Service provided on service calls:

Remove pool floating cover (if fitted) and brush down whilst removing from pool, vacuum and net pool of debris, check and empty skimmer baskets, chlorine wash copings (only done on concrete/tiled pools) clean around water line (done every 3rd/4th visit), check and empty pump basket, backwash filter, check heater operation, general check over of equipment, *carry out water test and adjust as required.
*Any chemicals supplied are chargeable extra.

Swimming Pool Start-Up & Opening

The first treatment of the season is the most complicated, but is essential in order to ensure that you enjoy crystal-clear water all summer long!

Our Start-up pool service includes:

Uncovering the pool
Pool cleaning
pH adjustment
Chlorine shock treatment
Disinfection

Swimming Pool Closing & Winterisation

It's important to remember that the standard of winterisation affects the subsequent start-up procedure and hence the success of your next swimming season.

Our Winterisation Pool Service includes:

Chlorine shock treatment
Treatment with winterisation products
Frost-proofing of the filtration and salt treatment equipment
Installation of floats and the winter cover

Swimming Pool Weekly / Monthly Maintenance

Our regular pool maintenance service is customised to your pool, this would generally include:

Pool cleaning
pH adjustment
Chlorine adjustment
Filter cleaning

Maintenance

Includes a full valeting service whereby all necessary cleaning and chemical administration have been carried out leaving you the customer, to enjoy all the benefits of using the facility without having to actually do anything other than contact the professional services of Clearpools. Who will offer a tailor made service contract, which could be spread over the following periods; Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, and Quarterly.

Repairs

Clearly it is critical to keep the usage of your Pool to a maximum, therefore to avoid the disappointment of having a vital element break down (for example what if the heating system were to stop working), Clearpools will ensure that the vital elements for your pool facility are not only well serviced but can also offer a speedy repair service, should the worst happen.

Summer Open up - Autumn Shutdown

When the time comes to re-commission your pool to get it ready for the summer season, Clearpools offer a comprehensive open up service which includes;

Top up water level as required
Removal and storage of winter debris cover
Reassemble plant equipment
Complete first, vacuum, net, test and dose.

This effectively creates a very clean pool environment, leaving you the customer safe in the knowledge that the pool is ready for use.

Winter Shut down

As part of an overall package Clearpools will decommission your pool which includes;

Putting the winter cover back on
Apply winter chemicals
Clean all filters and the actual pool
Wrap solar cover up
Fit winter cover
Plus, final equipment check for maintenance schedule

In the event of a customer wishing to purchase chemicals for their pool, Clearpools will be happy to supply the appropriate chemicals at a competitive price.
